Had a bunch of silver eagles to cash in. Jay told me that the silver eagles pay a premium *above* the current silver spot price. No other dealer I called told me about that. My sister was handling the transaction for me (I was out of town) and wasn't able to get to the shop in time for a same-day cash-in (he has to call a refinery (?) to get the current live price, which can only be done during the refinery's business hours). That was on a Friday. The shop is closed on Mondays. Jay said we could leave the coins with him and that he would handle it for us on Monday morning despite being closed. Monday morning came around (and this was right after the massive flooding in the area) and Jay handled it exactly as promised. Kept me updated via text every step of the way. He even clued me in to tax exemptions that had been written into the tax code that I had no idea about. Pretty great shop. Solid recommendation.

I had been searching for coin shops in the area for a while & Bobs popped up I came with my brother nephews and sister in law and we all left with a little something. Since then I’ve returned several times to buy silver rounds, constitutional silver & even got ahold of a nice 2022 American Eagle. You can’t beat their prices, the staff is friendly & I enjoy coming here whenever I want to just grab another oz or two. Will definitely continue to do business here!
