rude rude who ever i talked to ,thats all i wanted was to know the picture with coins was even worth the bother of coming in i didnt even get a chance to explain, i am sure he knew what kind of picture i was talking about ,but just wouldnt listen , i am old and dont like driving far ,so if he didnt think it would be worth looking at he could have just said so.i didnt know where my husband got this picture, he was coin collecter died a couple years ago was just sitting up on a shelf , knew nothing about it, now i know the owner will come back with he couldnt do this or couldnt do that or i should have done this or that, cause i read reviews , and seems like he is always right, , just not a very nice business man, and i did do business with you number years ago when my husband was collectingand sure wasnt like this then. in a couple of your reviews you had said to them you didnt need cumstomers like them in your store, well i would think you would want all the business you can get
Prefers to play semantics and argue rather than potentially make a sale. Bought my silver proof eagle with box and COA. Didn’t realize I needed to clarify a proof eagle to a dealer when I ask if it has a box, but it made more sense once seeing other reviews. 2 stars for being technically correct!
Very Unprofessional and Rude... I have Never had an Experience like this before... I was treated like I was dumb and didn't know anything. I've done most of my purchases online and recently wanted to throw some business to a LCS, keep the Mom and Pop shops going. I was expecting higher premiums being a brick and mortar shop but I didn't care. After my Experience with this shop... I don't believe my business will EVER go to a Coin Shop again! I had a budget of $5000 and of course brought cash. I didn't get a chance to make an offer before I was belittled, make to feel like I was a scammer somehow and told I don't know anything and I should buy all my metal from Marketplace. That's when I pulled my wad of $100's out and said I know why the parking lot is empty and walked out the Door! Unbelievable Really!! I told some fellow stackers about my experience and they all laughed and said, "You went to that place" LMAO
Cool store. I am very knowledgeable in sports card collecting and just starting to look at silver coins, so I was a bit anxious walking in because I just wanted to browse with no pressure. I am not anxious going to card shops or shows because I know what I am looking at and not afraid to ask questions. Different with silver for me though. While walking in, I received a warm greeting and then walked around for about 20 minutes with NO pressure. I was smiled at and asked one more time to let them know if I had any questions. It was very well organized and super clean. I eavesdropped on a new customer who just bought two large trays of I am guessing silver coins. This person said to two workers that they had heard good things about the store so made the investment with them. I apologize for listening in, but I was trying to learn more about silver coins, investment, and trustworthy dealers but walked out when I felt maybe I was being too nosey. Overall, super experience. Maybe next time I will be brave enough to ask a few questions about silver investing. It is a good stop!
Name of the store is accurate! Neat selection of coins (and cards and precious metals) at reasonable prices. Owner was knowledgeable and nice to converse with while shopping. Ended up leaving with nice additions to my collection. Will be returning and recommending to friends.
I don’t know what all the negative reviews are about. I came in to buy some silver, the gentleman helped pick out some silver rounds with the budget I had. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back. I think the place is great!
Regardless of what you may think you're in the customer service industry based on your responses to other reviews I would not shop there. As a business owner myself I've been called many of the worst names however my response is simply and courteous "you're the customer and I'm very sorry you feel that way is their a possible way to meet in the middle" and I leave it at that it's called professionalism the owner should probably take a class on that. Next you have the attitude like everyone should just trust you and the customers are all the lier's... Again professionalism look it up.
