If you ask more than one question over the phone they will hang up on you, worst customer service you can imagine!
The person behind the counter was arrogant and rude. Telling me about how he ‘ripped off ‘ some previous clients . This should have told me that I shouldn’t do business here, but against my better judgment I was the next client he ripped off that day. Go to Seattle Gold they are honest and straight up.
Closed again! Super inconsistent. The hours aren't updated Google hours show hours for Saturday. I arrived, and there's a sign on the door that says they're closed until August 25th. Bummer, and it is not the first time this has happened to me from this business. Fortunately, I only drove 12 minutes out of my way to get there.
I came in today to sell some gold bullion coins. They were super friendly and paid a fair price. I will be back when it's time to buy and/or sell again.

Poor experience for this first time visitor. Clerk immediately took the bullion out of my sight for an extended testing period, totally unnecessary and stressful. They even walked it into another room to show someone else? This does not happen at other coin stores in the area. Their buy offer was 5% below spot, and they did not want to negotiate.
They are the best and honest coin shop. They pay the highest value for your item.I call the coin shop in kent for my silver item they said it's only 2000 but when I go to renton coin shop they offer me more than what other coin shop offer. From the owner Steve and Brian they will give you a fair price from your item than other store.
