I had a great experience working with Bryan. I had a collection of jewelry left to me from my late mom 12 years ago, and my first (and last) attempt to assess its value was pretty terrible. The buyers criticized my mom’s taste and told me that the only thing they could offer was a low price to melt the gold. So, when I walked into Bryan’s shop I had extremely low expectations. Imagine my surprise when he took incredible care to examine each piece, walk me through his process, and ask about the story for each piece. He was genuinely interested in the jewelry’s history. He was able to transparently weigh and price some pieces on the spot. For other items, he offered to bring them with him for expert assessment with other buyers to ensure the best and most accurate estimates. Throughout it all, I felt zero pressure to sell anything. He said I should hold onto anything that I wasn’t 99% ready to part with. Long story short: I was overjoyed with this experience and would absolutely recommend Bainbridge Gold and Jewelry. I received a more than fair offer and would visit again in the future.
