im going to make this short and sweet, Ross the owner will be the only person i deal with ive been there 3 different times. no wonder why he is the owner, he knows his business, excellent customer service and very easy to talk to. the other employees are nice (1 in general is very cold to me ) i came in this morning and the same employee i had a bad experience with was there, i was looking at the coins for about 5-7 mins at the case didn't even ask me if i wanted to look at anything as he was behind the counter. ive been doing customer service for over 15yrs in a similar setting if someone is by a case that needs to be unlocked waiting its normally the employee job to ask the customer if they need help all this employee does is nothing ( this isn't the first time it happened) overall Ross gets 5 stars and dealing with horrible customer service with the other employee 1 star. Thank you ross for all that you do, ive learned alot from you about the silver coins. --Robert

Very friendly, this would be my third time in store, huge selection of bullion and rare coins and notes, very reasonable pricing and beautiful inventory. Highly recommend stopping by just to take a look.

Odyssey is by far the best coin shop in America. The owner is a wonderful man with a huge heart. He goes above and beyond for his customers. A vast knowledge of coins both foreign and domestic. Anyone fortunate enough to visit odyssey will recognize this review as truth. Absolutely amazing store and crew.

I was an first time customer. And came here too sell some leftover ancients. I've read others reviews about customer service being poor or slow or offering too low. They definitely are very knowledgeable guys, I could see other people saying they were ignored or something, but there was only 2 people up front who took there time with each person which I appreciate. Prices on at least bullion was pretty fair. And the prices they offered me were fair too. Also pretty funny guys will definitely be back soon.
