I am conflicted to give this bad review because previously I had always liked these folks and had purchased a great deal of silver from them at times. However, they sold me what I later found out to be fake silver bars. I went back to them to show them the fake silver - I wasn't even mad about it, just wanted to let them know and maybe they would do me a solid and trade them in for some real silver. They were so rude and defensive that I was totally taken aback. My blood was boiling when I left because of the defensive attitude. I was sad because I felt like I was a good customer and they didn't give a rip. I love Olympia Rare Coins! Super nice folks over there.

Dismissed my items as fake over the phone. Yes, over the phone, without even actually seeingy items the man cut me off mid sentence and basically called me a thief implying that I aquired my items nefariously. Don't bother with this guy. He has issues.

It really sucks when you establish a relationship with your local coin dealer, and then he blatantly rips you off without even trying to hide it. It's like he took advantage of the fact that I needed cash now, and extremely low balled me to the point of insult, and then when I say something about it he just says, then go somewhere else, knowing I needed the money now. This was my go to coin shoo until the owner showed what kind of a person he was. Don't go here unless u want to loose money, whether it be him low balling what ur selling, or overcharging what he's selling. No thank you, I'll take his advice and take my business elsewhere

The guy that owns this place is, in my opinion, an opportunist at public expense. He offered me $1200 for an ounce of solid gold; it was a coin. I asked why so little, his response was, “I have to do leg work, like send it off to sell my self.” I laughed, called him a thief and left. Stay far away from this guy, he reminds me of the dad in Shameless. $700 to send one ounce? Lol, what a piece.

I didn't have any business to do at this location but as I was coming out of the little caesars pizza next door, the owner/ guy who unlocked the door at the shop was very rude to someone in the parking lot. Honking his horn and flipping off the driver of another car in the lot, apparently because they were backing out too slowly. This place will never get any of my business. The Ford Transit van in the picture is what the guy was driving.
