My wife and I walked into Double Eagle Pawn with the intent of leaving with two firearms for home defense and range fun. We initially started off in the new section, moved to the used section, and were eventually approached by a friendly employee named Kirk. Kirk was able to show us an array of firearms within our budget and we decided on a Gen 3 Glock 19 and a Gen 5 G26. Kirk also showed us some 12 gauge shotguns at a great price range. After 10 business days, I received a text to let us know that our firearms were ready for pickup. Forest approached us and we finalized our paperwork and began chatting about future handguns. We checked out several handguns and mentally noted that these were the ones we wanted to graduate into after a few months. Forest was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the firearms we were checking out and that reinforced the choice for me, these were the ones we had to eventually have. Forest also showed us some semi-auto shotguns and told us about the technology and advantages of each which was very helpful and informative. Thank you to all the Double Eagle staff members that have helped us over the course of our visits. We're excited to come back and do more business soon!

I delt with Levi who is usually at a different location but I was fortunate enough to work with him at the Francis location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra distance. He not only made us feel welcomed but didn't rush us or use any kind of sales tactics so we knew we wanted to work with him again when we returned to pull the trigger on the most amazing ring we've seen at the 5+ stores we visited today! I'm a heavy question customer and Levi answered all of them with a smile and would even have his manager assure us on the more advanced questions. The manager was really friendly and easy to work with as well and even polished/buffed the ring again before we took it just to make my girl happy which was a nice little cherry on top. Overall a 10/10 that I would do again! Thanks again guys!

Double Eagle is always a great stop. They've got a lot of everything. Jewelry, musical instruments, bikes, movies, tools, games and GUNS! It would take hours just to look at the rifles, not even the accessories or pistols. If they don't have it in stock, they can get it for you. They have an extensive jewelry section with somthing for everyone, and even silver or gold that you can buy for saving up. Lots of TVs, tools, bikes, and other odds and ends. Bryson has taken great care of my parents in the past buying jewelry, and Jeff helped pick out my wife's engagement ring. The employees here are so great, and I've never had a bad experience with any of them.

So my husband and I originally put a ring on layaway at the double pawn on Sprague. We almost had it all paid off. Well we went to the one on division and found one that my husband absoutley fell in love with and it was much more then the one we were paying on but still affordable. The owner happened to be there. We asked if there was anything we could do to maybe cancel layway on the ring on Sprague and transfer to the new ring. We had made all our payments on time ect...Not sure how they went about it but between both stores they made it happen for us. Very great experience and the workers were very helpful and awesome 👌

I have done alot of business with this pawnship with many years and have never had an experience with any other pawn shop ever like I have with this one. There amazing. Awesome staff, well knowledged about products, fair but most of all understanding. You know we all struggle wuth
