Police response to robbery October 4th 2024 on my Youtube danwat1234. Edit August 2025: Litter! There was a box by the outside recycle dumpster with card wrappers and little boxes. The card wrappers flew across the parking lot, a few all the way across the street by the dental. They are like leaves secure ur trash! Also a pile loose in the dumpster bay
I placed a Pokemon cards order since 12/30/2025 and till this day 1/14/2026 I have not received anything, and USPS says they haven’t received anything as well. Every time I send out an email I get no response and I call for help at the brick and mortar store. They just completely give me the run around. Very disappointed and livid at the lack of customer service and support.
I enjoy my time when I visit the shop. It's very clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly. They're willing to help you find cards you need/want, build decks, and really go above and beyond for customer service. The pre-release event was also fun! My only complaint is I wish I lived closer🤣
