Not a fair metals dealer. Tried to offer $15 bellow spot value on silver. Do your research most place buy $5 back spot.

Disappointed, after months, emails, messages and literally speaking to Erica, assured of a call back, zip zero nothing. Showed up in person welcomed by Victor (polite/helpful) later spoke to Erica, “oh hey” no explanation of why the stalling out after thousand done in buisness. “yah we don’t do diamonds no more, sorry”. That could have been said over the phone during our calls or emails. Wasted time, shopping for a 30yr anniversary gift. Not so much disappointed by no deal, things change, more by the unprofessional and lack of courtesy showed by Erica. Kevin if you read this, consider investigate your businesses dealings. Also still haven’t received the 1oz rd promised by putting reviews online.

Coins plus spends years convincing everyone who will listen to buy precious metals and we do. When the price runs up and there is a profit to be made( just like they said) Instead of buying the metals back and letting you make a profit, they lock up the store and don't answer the phones. SHAME ON YOU !!!!

I took my 288 silver quarters in to get a counter offer to another company. The gentleman took them to the back room to count in the machine. He came back and said there was only 280… I left thinking I must be crazy and the other company counted it wrong. I went back to the company I was comparing with and the gentleman assured me I did have 288 coins when I had come in nearly an hour prior. I tried calling coin plus, they ignored my voicemails and didn’t call back. So I went in the next day and explained the situation only to get scoffed at, I was just asking the gentleman to double check his machine. And he acted as though I was accusing him personally. No sir, machines are subject to error. He wouldn’t check the machine and I left again, feeling gaslit.

CLOSED: They have been closed for over a week and a half, despite being listed as open. There is no indication on their website, or social media, or answering machine (which is full) of when they will reopen. I drove here from 6 hours out of town to find them closed during normal business hours listed as open. While sitting outside wondering what to do, I saw 10 other people visit the store and be turned away, so they clearly don’t care about doing business. The owners have done this before and cannot be relied upon to be open or to communicate to their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
