Made an appointment online. Super easy. Arrived for my time slot and was given a friendly greeting by Anna Pike. They helped me sort through a jumble of coins given to me by my dad. Great service!

I called this place to get an estimate over the phone on some precious metals. He gave me the best rate in a 50 mile radius. If not more. I just didn't call to further places. When I went to see them. I spoke to the owner, Frank. Which happened to be the guy I spoke to on the phone. He was more than a man of his word and took care of me even better than what he quoted! Thank you, Frank. We need more people like you in this world!

We brought in some gold scraps and odd pieces of jewelry to sell and are very grateful that Anna was able to help. She is quite knowledgeable and was very patient with us. Despite having multiple other customers and recovering from shoulder surgery she acknowledged everyone and still took time to answer all of our questions. Frank, the owner, came in and verified valuation of one complicated ring. All together we had great service and will be repeat customers.

I never really thought about selling any gold jewelry until a friend told me about this business. I had mismatched jewelry (a lost earring, or broken chains) that I have had for years just sitting in my jewelry box. I was told how honest and easy they were to work with. It's true I worked with Nicky. He was knowledgeable and took his time evaluating each piece and I walked out with $1,500!!!😳. I wasn't expecting anything like that I was just trying to clear out things. It was a very pleasant experience....great service.

I conducted business today with this establishment. The buyer was friendly and gave me a good price. I wish it was closer to spot, but I do realize that the buyer has to make a profit too. My items were tested and I was in and out in about 8-10 minutes. I had a great experience and would recommend selling and buying from this local place. I see why they have such a high rating. We went into ARC yesterday, a bit intimidated and embarrassed because we had SO many items for them to consider... Not just coins, but also old silver and gold jewelry, much of it we weren't sure was authentic. The store was hopping, but we didn't have to wait long at all. We worked with Anna, who put us right at ease, and could not have made us feel more comfortable! Every piece was quickly evaluated, even a gold tooth I'd found in my mother's jewelry box when she passed. I was offered a fair price for everything, and paid on the spot.
