I was a new customer and was referred to this location from their Alexandria site as closer to me.They buy based upon a percentage of the value of the gold or coins which is clearly defined by the current daily gold price.They were easy to work with too.
Silvia was very kind, and gave me a better price than anyone else in the DMV! Definitely recommend.

I saw that they were a branch of Alexandria Gold and Silver, which has great reviews. And Chantilly is much closer to me than Alexandria. so I went here. They were efficient and professional, and gave me an excellent price for my silver; much more than another place I called. They cut me a check right away, which I then deposited at my bank branch down the street. Definitely recommend.
I had a wonderful experience with a wonderful lady here... her name is Sarah and she was very patient, honest, kind, and put me at ease immediately. She gave me an excellent, on the premises assessment that was done IN FRONT OF ME... no hiding anything. The assessing tools are explained to you and you can be an active participant in the process in the sense that whatever the work is... it's done right in front of you. Highly recommend!!
