Dealt with Lorenzo and it was a great experience they pay 90% on melt which is very high. I am a treasure hunter metal detector guy and I scrap gold every year and this place is for real and they’re polite,efficient, and professional. Went in today to see what I could get for two gold chains and the gentleman there was very helpful and gave me a good price for my gold. I had been to another place before going here and was shocked. Great experience overall and I would definitely recommend. I will be back to see them again for sure.
Very nice people but they will take advantage of you go to Vienna they will give u 2 dollars below spot price the offered me 8 dollars below spot at this location .

BEWARE: THIS PLACE NO LONGER DOES REPAIRS. I wasted my time coming here because their online information, past reviews, and even the sign outside their office all indicated they offered repair services. The person I spoke with informed me they haven't done repairs since "COVID," which is a significant amount of time to update all their public-facing information. This is especially confusing since there's another business listed at the same address on Google that could also be mistaken for offering repairs. They really should update their signage and remove "repairs" from their Google services for both businesses at this location to avoid further confusion. While I could have called ahead, given all the information suggesting they did repairs, I didn't think it was necessary.
