Absolutely disgraceful. This company misspelled a name on a Navy service member’s paddle — a deeply meaningful item — and then had the audacity to refuse to correct their own mistake. They offered no solutions, took zero accountability, and treated the error like it was insignificant. The correct spelling was provided, and they still managed to mess up a simple name. For a company dealing with items meant to honor those who serve our country, this level of carelessness and indifference is unacceptable. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

10 years in the Navy. I finally get a paddle and they spelled my name wrong, even though they were given my name sheet sent right from fltmps. My shipmate who ordered reached out and they said there's nothing they can do. I spent $125 on this and they won't even make a new one with the correct spelling of my name? Unfortunate. I won't recommend this company to anyone who is getting anything customized. Product would've been nice if it weren't for the fact that they're unwilling to replace their mistake. Edit: changing my review to one star and adding photos. There was never an email chain. My coworker physically gave printed sheets of paper with our names printed on it and when she called to let you know there was an error your response was that there was nothing you could do about it now. Please explain why, if there was an email chain showing the name given was Jeffrey Mitchell, my paddle says "Jewel" Instead of Jewelle. This is a prime example that even as a civilian, the chiefs mess cannot be trusted. I hope those who "google it out" find this review helpful.
