Went in to sell an antique vase. Instead of saying they were not interested, they guy behind the counter told me they were going out of business and weren’t buying ANYTHING. I have been doing business with Vinton Pawn Shop for many years and I have always had good things to say about them but recently I have had an incident that has made me very upset and have no trust for the employees. I made a cash payment and did not get a receipt and was told I never made the payment but I know for a fact I did so somebody pocketed my payment and is now lying about me ever making it. So my advice is make sure you get a receipt for everything you do with Vinton Pawn Shop.— Mark Morgan, May 2022
