I've dealt with this location, since I've moved here. My kids were in elementary. I would always be in there purchasing a tv or game console, or game accessories, when I was into dad's, he had the largest and best selections! Also the owner is a good guy!

Have been coming to this pawn shop for years and the customer service has always been amazing. Whether you're looking for jewelry, a musical instrument, electronics (or even just stickers!) the staff are more than happy to help and always carry a positive attitude. They are also generally pretty generous with pawn/sale negotiations!

Bought a beautiful esp ltd ec 256 guitar here. Everyone was helpful. I cannot put this guitar down. Sounds amazing looks gorgeous and so easy to play. I have to say they have alot to choose from in electric and acoustic. I was treated like a valued customer. I have to say they have quality not junk. I will stop back in there forsure. I have a eye on a acoustic that sounds so sweet. Do yourself a favor and try these guys and gals out. You will be glad you did, bought guitar and case, amp, strap and guitar cord. Gave me a great deal. Thanks LPS.

Honestly I didn't want to give them 1 star but had to so that I could give a review. When you trade in you're jewelry it has to be for the value of the same jewelry or greater then what you regularly purchased. But when I went in to trade my Jewelry, Heather, the lady that works in the jewelry department gave me a break and said OKI you can get the earrings that were of lesser value and used the difference for a layaway. Unfortunate circumstances arose and I was unable to pay for the layaway so I asked her.Could I cancel it? She said yes, and she gave me a store.Credit for the $65.That was the down payment on what was left after previous transaction. So I'm going to the store today to pick up my pawn, which actually was an extra$20 because I was late picking it up. Wow... Then the topping is this. Heather spoke with loudness so that everyone could hear her talking. She embarrassed me with her loud tone. You know it's nothing pretty about thinking you have to be loud with yourself telling everyone that you actually did me a favor and that was a broken store policy to be begin with. So the ending of the story is I have to spend $230 to even be able to use my $65 credit, even though I had purchased something previously that purchase doesn't count because layaway was not purchased. I guess they make the rules as they along and that's not fair. Because if she had of followed store policy to begin with i wouldn't be writing this review. ADVICE FOR HEATHER: 1. DONT BREAK THE STORES POLICY 2. IT DOESN'T LOOK PRETTY TOO EMBARRASSED TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ADULT CUSTOMERS.IT MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE A VERY UGLY PERSON AND I KNOW YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOK LIKE THAT JUST A LITTLE ADVICE. I understand quite well, what you're saying, Mr. Hart waken of my post, but this is where I'm coming from, she didn't give me the $300 credit on the layaway, she forfeited that when the other lay away wasn't paid. I called her in good faith. So that you guys wouldn't have to put it back or do whatever I was trying to get it out. But it didn't work out that way.So I did purchase.A set of earrings with part of the 3:00 hours, which is what I didn't expect. As far as getting my $65 back. It's okay to keep the $65.I don't really need it.Yeah, I need it.I'm a poor person. That's why I come to the pawn shop but anyway. And I do understand that Heather is a model employee whatever. But she just doesn't think embarrass others in front of other people and talk all loud and stuff. It's like going into the McDonald's and here in the manager to talk down to there.Employees cause they don't make as much money as they get. It's just embarrassing and it's not really pretty. And I didn't appreciate it. I've been in management all my life.I've never embarrassed an employee or people coming in and out of my job.I was always a manager.Never a Clark, but there's just some things that are not acceptable. And that's embarrassing, somebody in front brothers.Anyway, that's really what this is about.Keep the money I could care less.It keeps me from coming in there and pawning in my jewelry.

I HIGHLY recommend the jewelry shop for any cleaning, sizing, resizing, or repair needs! I just took my fiancé's ring in to be shrunk down ¾ a size, and suffice to say, it was borderline perfect. They did a phenomenal job, you can't even notice the weld marks. Everyone there have worked in professional jewelry and knows what they are doing. On top of all that, it was done and ready for pick up the SAME DAY! They polished and cleaned it for free and the resizing was only $25 total! Overall, from what bad comments ive seen, they have no validity, for 9 times out of 10, if you aproach someone with kindness and respect, you will get the same for your business in return. It was a wonderful business exchange and we will be back for more jewelry needs!

I have been in here twice and I have no interest in going back. The first time, I was interested in potentially purchasing a piece of jewelry. No one greeted me, I stood around the counters for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to offer assistance. Then when an employee finally did, he wasn’t very friendly. It wasn’t a great first impression but I decided to give them another shot. The second time, I went in with the intention to sell some jewelry items. Again, I stood at the counter (where 2 employees were sitting behind,) waiting for assistance, this time while the employees chatted amongst themselves. When they finally decided they were done chatting and one of the women put her attention on me, she was not friendly or welcoming at all. She was very curt and acted like having to appraise my items was a bother. She also said they don’t buy or sell the items I was interested in selling. Meanwhile, they had several similar items on display for sell…. Which I thought was odd, but that’s beside the point. Both experiences had unfriendly, unwelcoming, & unpleasant customer service. I won’t be going back.
