Found a coin I've been wanting by doing doing a Google search. I reached out and purchased it over the phone, and had a great experience. Coin arrived to me on the West Coast in two days. Nothing but great things to say. Thank you!

I have dealt with Ron for five years now, and completed countless gold and silver coin purchases, trades, and sales. I highly recommend him. He has the best gold and silver coins in the Richmond area and beyond and always sells at fair prices.

Went in to get an estimate on a large amount of coins and they wanted to charge me for an estimate. The woman answering the phone did not mention any charge for estimating a price. After I had hauled all the coins in there and asked for just an estimate, someone in the back room said "this isn't a library". No need to be rude. Just be clear when someone calls for an estimate. Won't consider or recommend this business again. First impressions are everything.

Made an appointment to have coins appraised (insurance purposes) for which I had verbally accepted I was going to pay them. On the day/date of the appointment no one was at the office, and was locked. Called their listed phone number, same number listed on google I used to make appointment, and left voicemail. This was over a month ago, and still no one has contacted me about ghosting the appointment. EXTREMELY unprofessional/rude.
