I was a bit hesitant to go to this place when I saw the Melrose address. What a beautiful place! I mean, for a pawn shop... It's clean and pristine. Best of all, it's run so professionally! From the store layout to the uniformed employees - this isn't a loan shark operation! This place is legit. I've bought xboxes, TVs, tools, etc. They even have a massive jewelry selection of your into that sort of thing - just in time for the holidays, y'all. Go here. You won't regret it!
I’ve had numerous experiences selling and buying from this specific store location, each and every experience of mine here has been excellent. I’ve been extremely impressed with both Chase and Jacob, both guys are very friendly, personable, professional, honest, upfront and respectful. They’ve both been efficient and effective in all my experiences with them. This shop get’s ya in and out the door fast without any hassle whatsoever in my many different personal experiences at this location. The store is clean, organized and the staff are knowledgeable, fair, communicate very well and very respectful. 10/10 would definitely recommend 👌

I’ve dealt with the pawnshop since Darren was the owner and they’ve always treated me well. Nobody wants to pawn their stuff let alone lose it and they have always been polite and understanding. I want to thank Jacob Smidt for helping me out today when I was in a tight spot I really appreciate it!
Very good quality merchandise. iv bought home appliances and jewelry all high quality and for good prices.they also have a nice gun selection. there customer service is great, very knowledgeable. go in and talk to Caelan Carnes, he'll get you what you need.
