Great people, always have a great experience when I go there.
I truly love everyone here. Ive known them a very long time and they have always had patience and compassion. They are really good people here. Family atmosphere.....love you guys. Always my first choice!!!!
Went in to sell an antique vase. Instead of saying they were not interested, they guy behind the counter told me they were going out of business and weren’t buying ANYTHING. A good business should NOT lie to you. I would not shop here because of this and have been telling everyone i know that this store was closing because the employee told me that
I have been doing business with Vinton Pawn Shop for many years and I have always had good things to say about them but recently I have had an incident that has made me very upset and have no trust for the employees. I made a cash payment and did not get a receipt and was told I never made the payment but I know for a fact I did so somebody pocketed my payment and is now lying about me ever making it. So my advice is make sure you get a receipt for everything you do with Vinton Pawn Shop.
I have always been welcomed as family since I first started coming!! They are amazing and friendly guys! They are great at working with you and are very understanding!! I wouldn't wanna work with any other pawn shop in the roanoke area! Thanks for always being kind and helping me out! I'll be seeing you guys soon.
I have been with this shop since year 2000, if not longer. It is and has been the ONLY place I have ever Pawned at and will ONLY be the place I continue to pawn at.
