Blacksburg Coins is something that was sorely needed in the NRV. It is just around the corner from the Blacksburg Police Station in a cozy, well lit, and clean storefront on main street. They buy and sell U.S. and world coins, bullion, collectible paper currency, harder-to-find numismatic pieces mostly in silver and gold, and they buy scrap metal (jewelry, silverware, etc). Even though I didn’t strike it rich, (haha), Adam helped me make a little cash and clean out a drawer at home when I took my grandfather’s old coins in to Blacksburg Coins! He has a great shop and storefront, a really great selection of all sorts of coins and currency, and even told me that he makes free goody bags for kids with things like wheat pennies and buffalo nickels when he goes to shows!
