A business can’t always leave everyone happy, but I very seriously doubt that review was deserved. Again, our multiple interactions have proven that this business is solid, reliable, and on par.

They were incredibly patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very kind and helpful. The prices they gave us were more than fair, and they made the entire process very easy and very educational! The lady I did business with was very knowledgeable and honest with the assessment and offer she gave. She advised the best way to go about getting the most out of the gemstones and I ultimately only ended up selling the coins and scrap gold. Best precious metals shop in the Hampton Roads area, hands down. Family owned and operated - been coming here for years bc they’re always so polite, professional and above all else: trustworthy! A few years back I was looking to sell a platinum wedding ring to them… the owner made me an offer but advised me I could probably get more elsewhere for that piece in particular, bc the diamond was a higher karat, and they would only be able to pay me for the total weight in platinum. Long story short, he was absolutely right and I ended up selling the ring for much more than he could’ve given me. They could’ve lied to me, paid me and sent me on my way. But they didn’t. They did the right thing, and pointed me in the right direction. Genuinely, really good people.
