I had a great experience here at ZZZpawnshop, The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They offered me a fair price for my items, and I was impressed by their selection of jewelry, electronics, and tools at great prices. The store was clean, well-organized. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just browsing, I highly recommend checking them out. I’ll definitely be back!

My son had a gun shipped there and the process was really smooth. They did a great job of notifying him immediately when it came in. We went down together to pick it up and again they were great getting him set up and out the door. As I waited I was impressed with their selection of guns. The pricing and condition were very good. I ended up buying one for myself before we left. I will be back and would recommend this shop to my family and friends.

Decent prices, but be careful when buying electronics. Got an owned PS4 for a decent price today. When I was checking out, I asked if they'd checked it for performance issues lately, and was told that they had, as well as cleaned it out. When I brought the console home though, it sounded like a jet engine. Took the top off and saw a TON of dust. Definitely looks like it hasn't been cleaned out since it was manufactured. Not a big deal for me to clean it out, but I'm not too happy about being misled like that.

They were so lovely! The dad and the daughter I didn’t catch there names. I was greeted by their pup and that was nice. She helped us look at a ring and was so much help!

He’s got a great selection of items but I’ll be frank, he’s not a great person. He raised his voice at me and called me a dirtbag if I asked if he had a return policy just incase I found the item that I had lost (which I had planned on replacing). He said no which I have no issue with (it’s a pawn shop, it was a long shot for me to ask you know?), but then he proceeded to call me a dirtbag and raised his voice at me. After asking him to explain why that makes me a dirtbag and me telling him it’s normal to buy and return an item at most places. I was so confused I asked if he was okay because I was at that point concerned for him. He said he was fine which I said it doesn’t seem like it because he’s yelling. He then threatened to yell (I assumed he was going to scream because he was yelling at that point). He asked me to leave repeatedly calling me a dirtbag. I left obviously but I’m just kind of shocked because it made no sense to me why it would escalate so quickly. I get that it’s probably his shop and he can refuse service and treat customers how he likes but that was a whole new level of just wild. I’d love to see the security footage of that whole interaction because I’m just wildly confused.
