My mother passed away and I was trying to find a place to appraise her jewelry so I could divide it among the siblings. I tried several places before stopping at Hy and Mike's Pawn without success. When I approached Stephanie there, she was so kind and went thru 3 sets of containers of Jewelry. Her help was incredibly useful which I will use as I divide the jewelry. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have been using them for FFL transfers for a while now. I switched over from other local gun stores and have been happy with the service I've received. Comparatively, their transfer fees are cheaper, they process items faster, and more customer service oriented than some stores in the area. They normally can transfer my item the same day in under 15 minutes as opposed to other stores who make you wait several days for a phone call and take over an hour to complete the transfer once in store once you are able to locate an associate. The quick processing and fair prices are why they have become my primary gun dealer.

Matt was approachable and professional. He was knowledgeable about firearms and no pressure. I will be back for my next gun purchase. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of selection of new guns they had on display. They also will try to beat the price of online stores.
