Great store with excellent customer service! They have done an amazing job at building a good atmosphere and group of regulars for tournaments as well, I highly recommend this as a place to come play!
My family loves coming here. Owner is super nice and friendly with my young kids. Our go to place for Pokemon and One Piece cards.
Really shady business practices. Tried to sell some cards there and caught him taking cards out he wanted and “sneaking” a stash of a few under his desk. Yes I was getting rid of them, but that doesn’t mean they are a free for all for you to steal. He thought he was so sly but I saw him do it. Didn’t want the confrontation but left the store and will never come back.
Ever since my brother told me about cosmic, they have been my store for anything tcg. Especially one piece. Great prices, honest great dude. I always recommend his shop any day, anytime. 👌
Owner doubled the price of new set of pokemon cards on launch day despite saying they always charge retail price. He did not tell people of the price before their purchase and many of us were caught off guard when we were charged double. Some people were even afraid their cards should be declined because they were unprepared for the sudden price change.
Never have had any issues here! Always have been super welcoming and attentive to questions with what they have & don’t have! Sometimes I’ll call ahead and they always are super nice over the phone! Love stopping here randomly and picking up Pokemon or MTG!
