I JUST CALLED THIS PLACE AND CHARLOTTE I HAD TO ASK HER NAME , I TELL HER I HAVE 11 PIECES OF SILVER THEN SHE ASKS FROM WHAT COMPANY DID I BUY THEM FROM IM GUESSING SHES NOT GONNA CHECK IF THEYRE REAL SILVER , BUT IF SHE DOES CHECK DOESNT THAT MEAN HER QUESTIONS WONT MAKE A DIFFERENCE?. I ASK HER IF SHE CAN BUY SILVER TODAY ?. FOLKS SHE DID SOMETHING THAT WAS VERY WEIRD AND NOW I CANT TRUST HER . SHE TELLS ME WELL I CANT TELL YOU THAT UNTIL YOU BRING ME THE SILVER AND " LOCK " YOU IN THE STORE. I SWEAR TO GOD SHE TOLD ME THIS . I THEN SAY LOCK ME IN.. SHE CLARIFIES WELL ITS FOR THE PRICES THEY CHANGE ALL THE TIME , I THEN UNDERSTOOD WHAT SHE MEANS , I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT IM FEELING VERY BAD AND SUSPICIOUS NOW, PEOPLE GET TO TALKING AND SAYING WORDS WITH THERE TRUE INTENTIONS ( ((WHATS FUNNY IS I SOLD HER 3 PIECES OF SILVER THE OTHER DAY AND SHE DID NOT ACT THIS WAY AND SHE TOLD ME THE AMOUNT I WOULD GET OVER THE PHONE NOW THAT ITS 11 PIECES WE GOT DIFFERENT STEPS NOW))) ALSO ODD ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY CORRECT THEMSELVES WITHOUT ME ASKING FIRST TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND. THEN AFTER SHE CORRECTS HERSELF I CAN TELL SHE GOT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE "ALL HER DOING", AND SHE WANTED TO GET OFF THE PHONE QUICKLY ANOTHER RED FLAG ITS THE NERVOUSNESS SHE BEGAN TO EXPRESS. I THINK IF I TAKE MY SILVER THERE ILL GET LOW BALLED TO THE RUG , ITS ALL BECAUSE OF HER BEHAVIOUR. I GOT A SICK FEELING IN MY STOMACH. HAHA BUT IM KEEPING MY SILVER AND I HOPE OTHERS READ ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. KEEP IN MIND IM NICE THE WHOLE TIME SHE DID THE REST ALL ON HER OWN.

In general a pleasant experience. There is really no haggling, but it was not bad, the markup was about 7% over spot price for gold. A Sigma machine would have helped besides a scale to alleviate any doubts about products.

Way overpriced. 10% over spot for gold plus a 4% cc fee on top of that. Silver is even more overpriced. Exact same premium on the big stuff as the little stuff. Staff was also very rude and disrespectful. Only shop here if you hate yourself or your wallet. Pretty much every store in the Midland Odessa area is a better option. Shop owner or manager, if you are reading this, give your people a coffee pot and some cookies to cheer them up. And reassess your prices to be more in line with your competition, and i promise you business will improve. You have a great location, and great potential. I don't want to see any small business fade away and go under, yours included.

I wasn’t even planning on buying anything but she helped me shop for jewelry, size my finger, and give me direction for what to look for when I eventually want to buy, even if it wasn’t from her.
