Before getting into my review of the establishment I want to state that TROY took time to greet me, assist with my needs efficiently and was wonderfully professional. Immediately after visiting another shop that had absolutely no security, limited staff and barely any square footage, I did a google search and decided to drive out a few minutes to visit US Coins. US coins had security on duty, plenty space for browsing, privacy and was well staffed. The reason for my visit was to purchase government silver coins, specifically Canadian maple leaf which was not available. Philharmonics were very limited, if at all available. This left me with American Silver Eagles. Though US Coins was selling at $1 extra over spot than the previous place, I appreciated the ease of the purchasing experience, the professionalism of their staff and the sense of security I had walking in with cash and walking out with precious metals.
First time buying silver eagles and the atmosphere was rocking. Shoutout to the security guard that helped with the transaction. It was busy but they had staffs moving the line quickly. The only thing I wish I had a staff at the front since I had a lot of questions. If you’re looking for good deals go buy in person. They’re very friendly and I’ll definitely will be back!
Troy was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful. He didn’t try to just take my money. He told me the honest truth of what’s real and what’s not. Even gave me some good tidbits of information on what to look for for coins and bills. I would highly recommend anybody that’s looking to sell money or memorabilia to come here and talk to Troy or anybody!!
Troy was amazing and helpful. We had a great time having our coins and jewelry evaluated, and we learned a lot about what to look for when looking at spare change. He was very informative and nice and walked us through the whole process. Overall, it was a great experience!!! I made almost $500 today on coins injury that was sitting around my house.
