Went in window shopping and came out of there with a birthday present. Santiago was very helpful and patient with us making a selection. Always wanted to stop by here and today we got the opportunity and it was a wonderful experience. Nice selection well maintained in very clean store. I just walked out of this pawn shop with the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They “tested” me in a disrespectful manner and didn’t even acknowledge me as a real customer. I can literally buy these items brand new, yet I chose to support local and this is the treatment I received. Please don’t go here if you want to be mistreated.
