Mediocre knowledge on how to handle transaction with clients, 0 courtesy. Surprised people come here at all with many better options and dealers around. Save your time, money, and dignity.

Some items in this store are a huge ripoff like 3x spot price. Do not expect this place to have your best interest in mind. They are here to make money off you - not help you preserve your wealth with reasonable metal prices.

A year ago due to the political environment I was looking to protect investments. After numerous discussions with Cody, he continually promoted coins over gold bars. Furthermore I was told how easy it would be to liquidate said items I held through TBE if needed. After investing over 6 figures both in an IRA and self held items, I’d always get a phone call of how great and unprecedented an opportunity was coming up for investment of additional coins. Fast forward to present, I’ve been trying to liquidate my items with TBE, but they only want your money. No assistance in selling them. After numerous attempts to contact Cody and then telling Devin whom kept calling, I wanted to sell verses buy additional coins he stopped calling. Spoke with person named Randy. Randy said he’d get bid's, give him couple days and then I’d have 24 hours to get TBE the coins. Then after a week I reached him again then he said bids are only good for 24 hours. I get it but he never said that and his statement of “I tried calling you” is false. Today’s technology provides call logs and voicemail to which I have. Randy never called back not provided any bids to sell the coins. “Prove me wrong” He did say I was not getting what I paid for them…..seriously after all the hype from Cody and Devon trying to get me to give more money, makes me believe I was misled by TBE staff even with Gold being at an all time high. Interesting how the calls stop after the word No comes out. TBE reminds me of the old “Tote the Note” fly by night used car dealer of the past. I’m soooo thankful that after my initial recommendation to my father to protect his assets last year that he saw what I didn’t see initially and opted not to give them any money, and purchase coins. Now I’m attempting to sell what I can and hopefully the last spreadsheet of values provided by TBE is close.

Thank you Craig Morton for your detailed and all-too-familiar account of your dealings with Texas Bullion Exchange. My husband and I are experiencing the same scenario. When we were buying coins, Cody must have had us on speed dial. Now that we would like to sell some product, no one will return our phone calls. When we actually get a person to answer the phone, they "will get back to us". After my husband was unable to talk with anyone he asked me to try on my phone. On Nov 21st, Raymond told me he would call me back on Nov 25th with bids. On Dec 2nd, Megan answered the phone and said Raymond was busy with a client but said he would get back to me when he "had a chance". All the assurances we were initially given about being able to get assistance should we want to sell are not being honored. What a disappointment we have in this company and it's employees!

I came here this morning to see if this place was interested in buying any of the old coins that I had laying around the house. The man working behind the counter was very honest and polite with me, and even though he wasn't able to review, appraise or buy any of my coins, he did provide me with information to someone who can. Thank you for your time, sir. God bless and good journey!

Trustworthy. Honest. Man of his word, in today’s society is hard to find. I’ve done business with Peter for more than a few years. Never has there been a problem or so much any kind of confusion about money on either end. Whether buying or selling he’s always spot on. Remembers you and the prices of items you’ve purchased. Tells you for reason you what to sell, he’ll buy it back and tell you how much he charges to when he buys it back. It’s always the same, process and same numbers. Buy or sell from TBE, at the very least you’ll be able to meet Pete and his sidekick J-Lo! Thanks for everything Pete.
