This is where my husband got my wedding ring! I love it so much (as well as him lol) No other jeweler would work with him on a custom design near our home, he had to go to San Antonio where he worked to find someone to work with him. I'm happy that he got my ring here! The staff is also friendly as well, as you can go in at anytime after your purchase and have your item cleaned. I appreciate the attention to detail every time we go in.

We purchased my engagement ring from a different company, and it had a low set setting, causing issues with wedding bands fitting flush against my engagement ring. I brought my ring to San Antonio Jewelry, and they went above and beyond to fix my engagement ring and help me find a wedding band to match. They were able to keep my engagement ring setting, but they worked their magic to allow my wedding band to fit flush. 10/10 experience. The customer service was great, Holly was so helpful and accommodating and I cannot recommend this place enough! Will definitely be returning for future jewelry needs.

I went back, and the team immediately helped me get it resized. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Their hospitality was top-notch, and I truly appreciate how well they took care of me. Went in for a consultation about a repair, It ended up being something beyond their capability which is fine, I can go elsewhere, however, the experience was not pleasant. First they assumed it was 22k when I told them it was 18k they then asked me if it was real. And they didn’t even provide a tray or any soft surface to put my necklace down on during the process…
