My wife and I brought in some 40‑year‑old scrap gold. We met with Aman, who was a pleasure to work with. We had already weighed the gold and calculated the melt value, so we knew what to expect. Aman ended up paying a slightly higher percentage of melt value than we anticipated. Testing and weighing was done while we watched, and we were paid in cash on the spot! Never done this before so happy to have such an excellent experience.

I sold some silver and gold coins at Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange that I had been hanging on to for quite some time. Christian went through my inventory with me and gave me what I felt was top dollar. I had done some valuations prior to going to DGSE and had a figure in mind. What DGSE offered me was almost 15% higher so I left feeling pretty good. Christian was very professional and gave me in depth details about the pricing so I felt he knew the business very well and when I mentioned I had bought some of the gold at the old Dallas Gold & Silver store back in the early '90's he said he was working there at that time. I would not hesitate to buy or sell at Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange again.

I just had the best experience at Dallas Gold and Silver in Frisco on Gaylord. I went in to ask them about removing links from a beautiful watch my husband gave me for Christmas. I’d never even known Dallas Gold & Silver was there. I was actually heading to a different jeweler when I happened upon them. I walked in and fell in love! What a beautiful store! The people were so outgoing & friendly and the merchandise was stunning! I met with Tom about my watch and he took care of it in maybe 3 minutes! Needless to say, I am never going back to my previous jeweler. The building used to the home of my very high end nail salon (9166 Gaylord Pkwy, Frisco 75034) but now it’s the home of my brand new favorite jewelry store!
