I’ve been doing business with Steve for almost three years now. I consider myself a “small fish” for him. I called with a question. I was sent to voicemail, I didn't leave a message. Got a text apologizing and letting me know, they would call me back as they were with another customer.I replied with my question, was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply. Unfortunately, they do not offer the service I was inquiring about. But they were kind enough to advise me to check out a website that might have what I needed. I think this is some HIGH Quality customer support 👍. They could have just ignored my original phone call and I would not have faulted them one bit. But to FOLLOW UP AND GIVE me Sincere advice. Well let me just say whenever I decide to sell some of my collection. I most definitely will give them the first opportunity. 👍👍👍
