Medlar’s professional and personable staff have always provided exceptional customer service, expert jewelry repair and beautiful custom jewelry creations for my family. You have to be able to trust a jewelry store when you need your wedding ring rebuilt from 35 years of wear and tear or your mom’s antique diamond/sapphire ring repaired and a stone replaced, or a new ring created just as you desired. But what says even more is when your receive the same level of customer service when you just need your silver jewelry cleaned or an appraisal. Medlar’s is the only one I will trust!

I never thought that I would be able to make the ring of my dreams, but Medlars made the experience easy and painless! My grandmother had given me her wedding ring and it really wasn't my style. At Medlars you feel you are getting personalized service! I have dealt with jewelry stores that are cold and austere, or those that give you the Big Box Store feeling. Medlars is locally owned with a friendly atmosphere! I especially like their repairs! I always go back to Medlars because I know I am getting the best service at a reasonable price! The quality of their work is superb!

This jewelry store is amazing! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They aren’t pushing for sales which I really appreciate. They focus their attention on helping and pleasing their customers. The store has an easy going atmosphere and has comfortable seating where you can look through their log books for ideas. I’ve never had an experience like this with any jeweler in any of the states I’ve lived. I’ve used Medlars services twice now and they have my loyalty while I live in San Antonio.
