FIRST RED FLAG NO EYE CONTACT AT ALL. Then what did it was he offered me Pennie’s for my silver because he said that “no one is refining silver because of the price surge” I was floored the silver was just shy of 1.5 ounces and he offered me $22 and tried saying it weighed 39 grams even though I weighed it prior to arriving.
