Ask for Sam, he will take care of you. First time selling to them and Sam made the whole experience pleasant and informative (he has a way of making you feel welcomed and respected). Their offer competitive buying prices on all precious metals and so far the highest that I have seen. Also had them work on a custom ring I had made in a Cuban chain style and had them resize it (did not have high expectation that they or anyone else would be able to make it seem like it was not cut and resized - I was wrong, his jeweler knocked it out of the park). I met a young man by the name of Sam, who was extremely courteous and went through the process of ascertaining the amount of gold, my scrap metal had. He came back with a quote that astounded me. I consummated the deal right then. The diamond gold exchange is one of the few places in the Dallas area where you will receive market value for your items.
