Can't speak for others, but I've always had a good experience. They seem to have availability with no one else does. I wish the hours were slightly better, but not a big deal.

I have been stacking for a good while now an i normally use QuickDraw rare in McKinney because they seem to appreciate u as a costumer. Not no mention the huge price difference! I know they have to stay in business but them prices is way high premiums! When u display nothing but high end slabbed coin it tends to make new comers to the hobby overwhelmed! Display bullion instead of asking the lady to bring out three at a time seems like they are going out the way! I hate having to be like this but my hard earned money will go someplace who respects it! QuickDraw rare coin in McKinney will because my place to buy. Even though it’s a few miles down it’s worth the savings!!!! Happy stacking ev1

I felt like I was an inconvenience just being in their store. Customer service is very curt. The clerk never smiled once during my visit. I guess since I was there just for info and not buying, I was an annoyance. That is the way I felt.

J Simons is correct; LSM is for when you can't find what you want elsewhere, because they are overpriced. For example, when silver was 30.73, they were charging 45 for ASEs, almost 15 premium; QDRC usually charges less than 5 over for ASEs. Generic rounds are usually 5-10 over at LSM; QDRW is usually less than 5 over. If you are stacking or collecting numistics, QDRC first, then LSM if no one else has it. And don't think about selling, I overheard them offer someone 5 something for a 64 half that they were selling for almost 13 when melt would have put them at 11ish. Pawn shop pricing on both sides :( A lot of people complain about their personalities, they can be cold and aloof until you spend more time at the shop, but yea, not warm and welcoming.
