My Grandfather went in to get his coins appraised properly the guy didn't even glance at them saying they weren't worth anything which I can understand but only if the guy didn't reek of weed. The guy was stumbling over his words and smelt so strongly that my grandfather left without any assistance.

Bad experience from start to finish. And finished I am, with this place. Called to get a price on liquidating some silver bullion, and they just flat out refused to give me a estimate over the phone. Drove down there, and let me start by saying this part of town has really run down. Pull in to homeless people milling around, drinking in public. It took me a moment to decide if I wanted to even get out of my vehicle. Decided since I drove all the way across town, need to go in and get a price. The offer equated to about 70% of spot. No thank you, that is more than taking advantage.
Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They gave me a great deal on some silver I've been wanting to get rid of for some time. You can tell they have fun. I'd highly recommend this place if you're in Amarillo. They have a great selection of coins, bars, and paper currency.
Really kind and knowledgeable shopkeepers that took the time to answer some questions from a new silver stacker. Ended up leaving with 2 dozen mercury dimes! Great shop and Orlando was very helpful!
