They'll walk you threw each item and why you're getting what you're getting and will even show you the true contents of the jewelry you bring in by using an XRF scanner to detect the actual alloys used and the amounts of each one used. This way you know he's not just bullshitting you and trying to rip you off. They offer way more than any pawn shop for your items that's for damn sure. They'll even go over the math and costs on their end and give a legitimate reason for the offer. They gotta make money too but they aren't greedy and still deal fairly. Ill definitely be back in the near future and repeat business is always how to tell whether someone is reputable or not. Gold and silver dealers who are greedy and fraudulent never last more than a full year before being forced to move on to a new location.
