I stopped by to sell a couple of old rings and had a great experience. The staff was fair and professional. I never felt like I was being lowballed or taken advantage of. I highly recommend going here instead of anywhere else.
Wow this place offered me way more than a Pawn shop! Today I took in my Gold necklace to get an offer and they are paying close to market gold value! Very impressive! Don’t sell your jewelry to a Pawn shop, take your items here. Highly recommended!
I was looking for a gold buyer to sell a small necklace. This place had good reviews with a high number of people responding. I can see why. Joshua and I were able to come to an agreement on the sale. He was direct and fair. I had a couple of other jewelry pieces and he tested them at my request. He said that I should wait a couple weeks before selling silver because refiners are not buying from LCS. The result is that every LCS has to reduce the sale price because of the risk of holding it. This was valuable advice. It shows he cares about the cutomer and being fair. This is rare. I asked him if the warning applied to silver coins. He said no and he would buy them. I had some with me and asked him to give me an offer on one coin. He did and then we discussed a trade with a coin I preferred. I was able to make the trade for a very small (more than fair) cash offset. I came away vwey happy with value of my transactions. I plan on doing more sales or trades with him in the future.
Based on the phone contact it didn't sound great. I asked for price of 14k gold and she said starting at. I asked again you don't have a set price? She said it depends how it tests and all that! Lol. The other place I called gave me a straight out answer. Companies do not realize the value of the person answering the phone. As owner of my company, I answer every call. Or put a great person with proper phone skills and maybe charisma
I have taken several pieces of gold and silver jewelry to sell. Great customer service, he's honest and trustworthy. He treated me well and took his time examining my belongings. He gave me a good exchange for what I selling. I wouldn't feel comfortable going to anyone else. Definitely support small business owners.
