I had an opportunity to confront the old man about a ring I purchased at his gold and silver jewelry store in Baytown Texas. I purchased a ring for 1400 and wanted to pawn back my ring that I purchased the old man had yelled out negociating with me only $100 dollars I left home upset trusting him got home counted my money he had only gave me 90 dollars. I counted my money and 10 dollars were missing from the store clerk owner doing a bad deed I'm very upset 😞 The ring wasent worth anything people stop putting your trust and buying jewery you don't have a clue. I LEAVE A REVIEW SO YOU PEOPLE CAN KNOW I EVEN WENT TO MY SPIRTUAL GODMOTHER SAID I HAVE ACCESS TO LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT GOLD AND SILVER JEWELRY STORE IN BAYTOWN TX. DONT MAKE A MISTAKE I KNOW I DID PUTTING MY TRUST.
I have been going into this family owned business for about 4 years, and they are all so very nice and welcoming, always gives the best prices, even when items aren't that good, I always walk out very happy! Even let me stay inside during the rain one day, and offered their lunch with me. From the owner, to his wife, son and daughter, have ALWAYS treated me with kindness, and they have a strong family backbone who knows how to keep a business open. Never felt under paid or unwanted. Would recommend to Anyone!!!!!
Lol called to get a quote on selling some scrap sterling silver. Market is currently $1.89 a gram...was offered .50 cents a gram. Watch yourselves
DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY HERE!! My husband took my 14k ring with 8 diamonds in to reset and replace one that had fallen out. When we got back to pick it up, the old man claimed that it lost. The younger gentleman insisted that it had just been there a few minutes before. The old man gave us a ring in a different size to replace the “lost” ring, claiming it was of higher value. My husband felt that something was wrong, and I had no opinion either way, as I know nothing about the value of jewelry. Then today, we went to a highly recommended gold buyer to sell some gold we found in a storage auction. While we were there, we asked him to check my replacement ring. Turns out only two of the diamonds were real and it was only 10k gold. So the from this place switched my $2000 for one with a $200 value. UNTRUSTWORTHY AND A CROOK. The younger man seemed honest but the old loud man, definitely not.
Great place and very friendly. They replaced a diamond in my wife's wedding ring and did an outstanding job!
