Terrible communication. No emails, won't return calls. Seems like only one person handles bullion box shipments. Was billed on Sept 30 for my monthly shipment and no communication. Every month I have been subscribed since July - no communication on shipment - no order status section on their website or account page. I will be cancelling once I receive my paid for shipment or will be disputing with credit card. The concept is great but the execution/communication is horrendous. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
