As a recent client of American Gold Exchange, I was impressed with the friendly, considerate behavior of the very professional contact person that provided a most satisfactory first experience in the purchase of gold and silver coins. After discussing my objectives with my contact, we agreed how they could be best met. Living nearby, I was able to make an appointment to take delivery in person. My excellent contact now has a name and a face, which I look foreword to seeing again in the near future.

When I decided to start investing in precious metals I sought out advice from a trusted friend who had years of experience. His recommendation was to work with John McDonald at AGE. John was fantastic to answer all of the questions I had as a new investor. And when I didn't purchase immediately there was no pressure from John at all. When I did decide to purchase I received fantastic customer service.

As a first time buyer and customer of American Gold Exchange, I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that the representative displayed throughout the process. After discussing what was right for us and getting his suggestions, Mr. John McDonald took care of our order and followed up with both calls and emails to ensure everything was moving along smoothly.
