I have completed three different transactions with this shop over the past month. All three were sales and I dealt with Jesse, primarily. Wonderful experience- The entire staff was professional. Jesse treated me very fairly and would recommend this business 100%. The process to sell was simple, quick and very transparent. I have done similar transactions with US coins & Jewelry on the Katy freeway, as well as several other similar local businesses, in the past. My experiences at GST on Westhimer were absolutely better and more lucrative!
Jesse was so knowledgeable, honest, and patient! He took the time to explain everything and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does. I came in to sell five pieces of jewelry I hadn’t been wearing after visiting two other shops where I wasn’t satisfied. Jesse was very reasonable and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
It was a little nerve wracking, especially as a woman, to go in with my gold and walk out with a big check, but Jesse made me feel really comfortable and safe through the whole transaction. I felt he was very honest and kind. Definitely go to him for any gold and silver needs!
If there was an option for 10 stars that is what I would rate them. They were incredibly generous and honest they also had the tools that others did not to test a special ting that was marked with traditional markings. They are the only gold dealer I will do business with! Highly recommend them to EVERYONE!
I buy gold and silver fairly regularly and I went in to buy 2.5 grams of gold and I forgot my phone in the car so I couldn't leave to check the spot price. I ended up paying almost $100 more than what I was supposed to be charged. He charged me $185 per gram, and literally as soon as I left the store, I checked the spot price on my phone, and it was $154 per gram. He really screwed me over bad. Be very careful with these guys, they will ALWAYS take advantage of people if given the opportunity. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
