I was fortunate to be part of a TRUE act of kindness from Robert this past weekend in Salt Lake. My son (6) who was interested in purchasing a silver coin from him. Him and my son exchanged in conversation after my son told Robert why he was interested in the coin( my son is saving $ for something he really wants to buy) Robert got down to my sons level and explained why its important to save and the gave my son the coin Free of charge. I want to thank you for helping teach the young generation the value of saving and thank you for being a kind individual!

I have had the worst customer service from this company. They are great when you purchase but if you don't keep buying or, IMO are not a whale, they lose interest in you when you stop buying. They can't even get the little things correct. I changed my address 3 years ago and they still had my old address on my account.
