Terrible customer service! Called at least 20 times and left 3 messages and emailed 3 times. No Response. TERRIBLE!!! 2 different coin set orders had wrong coins in them, The 1st time was great customer service, they answered the phone and sent out the replacement right away. The 2nd time, I am still trying to get someone to respond so I close out this deal. This has been going on for at least 3 weeks. Come on people handle your business. I just don't get it. After writing the one-star review, they came back and made everything right and better than expected. I changed the Stars to three because it shouldn't have taken this long to take care of me. I'm sure it has something to do with Silver sales going nuts at this moment of time in history. Overall, I am extremely appreciative that they made good on everything! Thank you Smyrna.
