Smyrna Coins

Guy and his family are honest, fair, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I have dealt with currency dealers throughout the United States and would rank them in the highest echelon of professionals. My experiences with then have been delightful and rewarding. I also should say that I read all of the good and bad reviews this company has received before I decided to work with them. While every company appreciates all reviews, having dealt with so many companies around the US I can tell you that very few will buy modern currency or foreign currency. They usually strictly purchase old, rare, high grade currency, gold and silver coins, and proof/mint sets. You have to work specifically with dealers specializing in foreign currency to have those appraised and purchased by the company. I realize most people who write negative reviews may not know this though.

I am a returning customer that purchases silver dollars for grandchildren. Smyrna coin carries high quality merchandise every time and provides fast service. I absolutely will continue my business with Smyrna coin in the future. Dr Parker.

I’ve been working with Smyrna Coin for several years now and they have always been a great resource - honest and more than fair in their dealings. They also offer great advice and were really friendly in all my interactions with them. Smyrna Coin is my go-to for all things precious metals. Keep up the good work!

Very competitive price, item was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. Coins were also separated in their own bags by the year they were released which was helpful as well as providing further protection to keep them in BU condition. I would not hesitate to buy from SmyrnaCoin in the future...

Excellent service and super convenient! Always a pleasure to do business with them!

5 star review

The customer service here is the best! The guy I spoke with today was very knowledgeable and the price was fair. I will be returning!!!!

As a local collector, he helps me keep my collection up to date and filled. Always pleasant, friendly and enjoyable to work with.

I had some old and rare coins that I wanted to sell. They were honest and gave me a fair price for my coins. Very customer friendly and great service!

Every time I have come into the shop it has been clean and friendly. Not one bad experience. Great place to buy precious metals. The new remodel added a feeling of professionalism and new look that the shop needed.

Terrible customer service! Called at least 20 times and left 3 messages and emailed 3 times. No Response. TERRIBLE!!! 2 different coin set orders had wrong coins in them, The 1st time was great customer service, they answered the phone and sent out the replacement right away. The 2nd time, I am still trying to get someone to respond so I close out this deal. This has been going on for at least 3 weeks. Come on people handle your business. I just don't get it. After writing the one-star review, they came back and made everything right and better than expected. I changed the Stars to three because it shouldn't have taken this long to take care of me. I'm sure it has something to do with Silver sales going nuts at this moment of time in history. Overall, I am extremely appreciative that they made good on everything! Thank you Smyrna.
