I have bought and sold through internet auctions for more than 20 years. This company knowingly misrepresented what I purchased claiming that the product was "Unopened" and "In the original packaging". Both claims were complete lies. Not only were the boxes of baseball cards open, the packs inside the boxes had been opened and gone through. I emailed the owner, Greg, and explained the situation to him. He replied stating they don't check to see if the items they sell are opened or not. I replied to him that the auction was listed "Unopened" and "In the original packaging''. I also said that I expected a refund for the $100+ I spent on a worthless product. Five minutes later, Greg calls me. He goes through the whole "caveat emptor" BS that every auction place does every time they lie about what they sell. I will never spend another penny with this company. I consider Greg a crook and a dishonest man due to the way he misrepresented the items he was selling and the way he handled this situation. He refused to refund my money and filed a statement on HiBid stating "I was confrontational and threatening". I guess I am supposed to be happy and whistle "Zippity Do Dah" when someone lies to me and hides behind their policy.— Ben Easterling, Aug 2022
Youngish guy who took my payment in person for what I won, was rude, and didn't even acknowledge my existence, no hello or anything, then proceeded to hand me my receipt and look at me blankly. Didn't bother to tell me where to find my item in the huge warehouse of stuff they have. Literally no directions whatsoever, and finally i'm like WELL, WHERE IS IT? So he gets up from his chair finally and walks over to some woman and hands her my invoice and asks her where it is.— T E, Dec 2024
