The nicest ladies ever, especially Kitty that waited on me. I bought a beautiful antique citrine gold ring. Highly recommend.

I go to Albert's often seeing Kitty and Aria they're both the sweetest people and they're so good to everybody you should try the place it's great

Mrs. Kitty is amazing! Love, love, love them! So grateful that they were there to help me out when I really needed it! Great service and Kitty is so very friendly and sweet! She allowed me to do business even though I walked in last minute before the door was locked on a Saturday! Unheard of, anyone else would have sent me packing, especially when she already had a line! Lol, but really , great service and highly recommend! The Johnson City store is awesome as well and I have had great service with them as well. If you need to go to a pawn shop, or looking to buy top notch merchandise, look no further and head to Alberts!

I went in there last week with two gold rings 10 karat I knew what they weighed and figured out how much I would probably get offered under what they were worth really didn't want to to do it but we had to we got kicked out of the place that we had lived in and promised that they were going to sell out from underneath us and then they did so we really needing the money and I was in between trying to find out if I was going to be working or not by the way I do get the job anyway I want to say this is a woman that I had worked with when I got there was a blessing from God it's not an angel herself and please forgive me for not remembering her name either way I about fell over when she helped me out and blessed me God is great and so is Albert pawn shop on State Street Bristol Tennessee that's right thank you so much
