Walked in and the atmosphere is down home. Nothing snooty. Within a minute or two was approached by Mark Chitwood, and asked him how much to fix a chain. He said $15, and it'll be do e in 5 minutes. We had just come from Kay Jewelers on Battlefield and they wanted $139 and had to send it out. I would recommend Southern Gold on Brainerd to EVERYONE!!! I will be back definitely!! Thank you so much
This is the 3rd time I've used them for jewelry repair or cleaning and everytime they have been extremely professional and knowledgeable and respectful. One of the best jewelry dealers in Chattanooga and they have earned a lifetime customer and highly recommend using them.
