I had such a good experience picking up my U-Haul from this location! The best customer service ever! They really went the extra mile for me.

John was absolutely great at setting up my UHaul and making sure I had everything I needed. He went over and beyond to accommodate me. Thank you for the excellent service sir! Love your shop too!

The easiest and most kind experience with John here, I came all the way from Rapid City to pick up a flatbed and load my car on which he did all the work all while helping multiple other customers at the same time by himself. He got my car loaded properly and quickly and was very kind and informative, I would come all the way back here to get a trailer from him rather than back in my town.

This is a small but very good place. I use them to rent U-Haul trucks. The manager is a really nice guy and always goes out of his way to help. He always goes, the extra mile.He hooked up my car to the trailer, in the pouring rain. When it is the customers responsibility, he did not even charge me. Great service, super friendly staff.
