I, originally, didn't care for this place. I was trying to buy a couple quilts that were hanging on the wall but wanted to look at them first and the guy told me, "If I have to take these down, you better be buying one." Sooooo, I didn't go back for a long time. I've been back a few times and they've been very helpful and I'll continue to go back. I'm satisfied with the service.

Definitely the most "Customer Friendly" pawn shop in town. The owner works there with his crew and tries his best to help people out with loans and keep customers from losing their stuff. They also have a very knowledgeable staff and will go above and beyond to answer your questions.

I call them ask if they had portable air conditioner they said no I want to go look at what they had for window air conditioners they had 3 portable air conditioners there they where to lazy to go look. They seen me walk in never ask if I need help or anything there over price you can buy new for the one they had there. Don’t waste your time on coming here.

I've been a pawn customer here for some time now. Is all I can say is I owe these guys. They've given me the utmost respect, and they don't treat my items any different. They've always been straight up with me. Thank you BH Pawn! See you guys 2 weeks from Wednesday.

The customer service is top tier—everyone is super helpful, friendly, and actually takes the time to explain things without making you feel dumb like some other places around here do.
