These guys sold me a ps4 that ended up having some issues, all good i took it back got it exchanged. The second one ended up having some issues as well. When i went to take it back (they have a 5 day return policy, i got it 2 days ago) they discredited my words and didnt try to rectify the situation in any way. Not cool at all. Now im out 200$ and i have this ps4 that i have no use for. Real professional right? That being said they guy that helped me with with swap was real helpful tho i dont remember his name.
This is the only pawn shop I go to. The owner is a total angel and I have never had any pawn shop show as much compassion and understanding. I will never pawn/ buy or sell to anyone else. I get low balled 90% of the time but not at liberty, Tim gives what's fair and is honest wether he can take it or not that's just business. I think it's going to be one of the long standing pawns shops at the end of the day.
I had this place rated 2 stars but after my last few experiences in there to buy things...they really deserve zero. I visit all the pawn shops at least once a week to look around and usually buy something - I expect to get deals as a frequent customer. Rarely here and definitely not lately - their attitude is "I don't know what this item is but it's worth $toomuch and I'll never budge from that number." So... I will not be back, and neither should you.
This is the first review I have left on any platform and for any business. I bought an item a few days ago it wasn't what I had expected. Despite it still working, I brought it back two days later and explained the situation to the owner. He was extremely understanding and thoughtful. He made zero hesitations to refund me my full payment in a situation where I feel he could have just as easily told me off. I can't remember being treated this fairly and respectfully by any business or organization in a long time. I was very impressed with my entire experience here and I feel like others should know. The staff was also friendly and willing to help answer questions as well. I will definitely do business here in the future and I recommend you do as well. We as consumers need to reward these kinds of places that prioritize being good people and treating others respectfully. Give these guys a shot!
